*have 3 sets of DBs ready, usually with 5 lbs. increments
*grab the heaviest set and do 15 reps
*then switch to a 5 lbs. lighter set of DBs to do 5-15 more reps
*then switch to the last DB set and do the last 5-15 reps.
*keep the posture neutral throughout
*breathe out when lifting up to about shoulders' height
