*stack the small box on top of the big box; place the small box at the edge on the big box in front of you
*stand 1 arm distant from the small box
*swing your arms up as you jump up to help you jump higher
*pull your knees up to your chest to help you jump higher
*breathe out as you jump up
*do about 5-10 reps
